There is a short paper form available at the school office.

By completing this form school can then check if you are eligible for Pupil Premium funding.

Use the Department for Education's free school meals eligibility checking system to determine eligibility.

To apply in this way, you will need to register and provide:

your National Insurance Number or National Asylum Support Service Reference Number
your last name
your date of birth

If you apply directly through the Department for Education, school will be notified if your child is eligible.
