Online Safety over half-term

As we head into half-term, and as part of Children’s Mental Health Week, I wanted to share information on staying safe online as part of supporting the good mental and emotional health of our children and young people.

The online world is a big part of day-to-day life for us all. Parents and carers can help children and young people make it a positive space that is right for them and help them avoid things that they might find upsetting. NottAlone has some helpful tips and links to other websites that might be useful.

The NottAlone webpage includes information about what to do if you or your child is worried about something they have seen online, or if their online use is risky:

Keep safe, children, and have a FABULOUS half term holiday.

See you all again on Monday 19th February,

Mrs Bates
