Good news 🎉
This week, we found out that Colin Pettigrew, the Nottinghamshire County Council Corporate Director of Children, Families and Cultural Services, has officially approved the report to lower our age range to 3.
We must now allow a 5 day period in which the decision can be called-in by councillors for scrutiny, after which the decision becomes effective - which is likely to be Tuesday 13 February 2024.
At that point, our age range will officially be lowered to 3 years old and we can then update GAIS (Get Information About Schools) details to reflect our new age range. Following this, we will be able to take Foundation 1 age children and officially open our nursery to allow the 'Rainbows' classroom to commence and the younger children to join.
