Week Ending 21st April 2022
A Head Teacher Award this week goes to:
Lily Mae - Violet 1 - For giving carefully constructed and well-planned answers in reasoning questions in maths. She could clearly explain how to find an unknown angle. She used correct mathematical vocabulary and enabled other children to understand her ideas. A little teacher in the making! :)
A very positive start back to school life. The children clearly enjoyed the sunshine over the Easter bank holiday and came back ready to start the summer term.
The children have launched into their learning through the Create term, and I am already seeing lots of work around key artists and architects. I can't wait to see how the work progresses over the next few weeks.
There will be information released shortly about our ideas for the Queen's Jubilee and how we plan to celebrate this in school...assemblies, crowns, dress up days, royal parades and an afternoon tea. We can't wait to share it all with you so get ready! :)
