Head Teachers Awards since 8.7.24:
Peyton - Blue 2 - For her landscape description of Antarctica. Peyton used a range of features to ensure her setting description created a vivid image in the readers imagination, including similes, adverbs and carefully chosen verbs.
Lucy Coles - Blue 2 - For her landscape description of Antarctica. Lucy's description included well-chosen vocabulary to engage and inform the reader. With care, she built on her initial plan resulting in a STAND OUT paragraph.
Arya - Blue 1 - For her respectful, kind and considerate nature. Arya is a fantastic role model and is consistently showing me she is ready for Year 5. What a superstar!
Ellieana - Orange 2 - For following instructions; looking and observing at all the patterns and then copying them carefully. She has taken her time and not rushed her beautiful giraffe. Well done!
Teddy - Blue 2 - For his description of the weather in the Antarctica. Teddy has been working hard on using a neat, joined style of handwriting to smartly present his ideas. Alongside this, Teddy has pushed himself to expand his use of descriptive language features.
Joshua - Blue 2 - For his inclusive behaviour and being kind towards other children around school. We are so proud of how kind and thoughtful you are.
Felix - Orange 2 - For his amazing retelling of Cotton Wool Colin. He has come on so much this year with his writing. He has independently written it all by himself. Well done.
Archie - Green 2 - For his wonderful handwriting. Archie has been working incredibly hard with his TAs and Sarah Jessop to form his letters correctly. He has been making sure they sit on the line and are all together to form a word. We are so proud of you, Archie.
