Dear Parents, carers, grandparents and supporters of Greasley Beauvale Primary School,
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been involved in the Christmas festivities in school over the last three weeks. We have had many events in school and lots of money has been raised for school fund due to your kind donations and involvement.
Grandparents' afternoon raised £37.00 from the sale of teas and coffees.
The Christmas fair brought in a total of £1317.00.
£1143 was also kindly donated after the Christmas performances across school.
Therefore, we made 'almost' £2500.00 for the children.
In addition, we also made approximately £400 on commission from the book fair during parents' evenings and therefore this will enable us to buy new books and fill those shelves in the library.
We are all so very grateful for the money raised and we will make plans in 2020 for the next project for the children.
