Greasley Beauvale Primary School V Priory Catholic Voluntary Academy.
On Monday 29th January, we played in the quarter-final of the cup against a very tough Priory team. All players worked hard and played well in difficult conditions. It was a hard fought game and at the end of normal time, the score was level at 2-2. The game went into extra time and after some very good play, Greasley scored another 2 goals to win the match, 4-2, to take us through to the semi-final.
Man of the match was Jamie Caress who scored one of the vital goals in extra time. Well done to all the players and parents for their support.
