Today, some children from year 5 and 6 took part in a Cross Country event at Hall Park Academy. There were events for girls and boys in both year 5 and year 6. The children were extremely excited and raring to get going once we got there at 9:30am!
I can honestly say that (without exception) all the children took part brilliantly and tried their very best. What was even better to see was that they were encouraging and cheering on all children from all the schools when they were spectating each race. I was so proud to be leading such a lovely group of positive children.
