Winning cross country update

We are so incredibly proud of our cross-country team who competed in the local family of school’s event at The Florence Nightingale academy yesterday morning.🏃🏼‍♀️

 

It is fabulous to be taking children out to these events again; I know that all who were there enjoyed it immensely. At times, many adults got quite emotional!

 

A huge thank you to all our parent supporters who really helped 'lift’ the runners when they were tiring – I know that the ‘Go Greasley’ banner had an awful lot to do with this.🙂

 

There were some outstanding performances in a huge field of runners. A special mention must be made to the boy’s team for winning the overall trophy. Ethan, Henry, Thomas and Denny were all placed in the top 5 positions in their races. Amazing.
