It was very exciting on Monday as our year 5 children, staff and some parents went to see the 'School of Rock' performance at hall Park Academy.
Here is what Miss Thompson had to say:
This week, Year 5 had the opportunity to go and see a performance of School of Rock put on by the students of Hall Park Academy. It was great to see a few familiar faces in the show and the children (and adults!) thoroughly enjoyed watching. The children thought it was really funny and loved the story line of the teacher being a rock star! They also commented that they loved how confident the children were and how they did everything without any adults helping them e.g. scene changes, music, lighting etc.

What a great opportunity and truly enjoyed by all. The children were also able to see how as children leave primary school that talents really can 'Nurture, develop and grow!' if you 'Believe in yourself!'
