Today, we welcomed our new Reception children to school, who will be joining us in September. We had two sessions (morning and after school) and it was so lovely to see so many bright, cheerful and happy faces.
The children were ready and raring to go and the grown ups left them for the first time.
Whilst the children were settling in, learning the ropes and exploring the setting, the parents and carers walked around school with me.
They saw the Rainbow values, hall, new library and many classrooms. They saw what we have to offer and asked some great questions.
The year is not over yet, but I can't wait to see our new, younger children in our school :)
