What a brilliant day!
We started with the ‘Beauvale Got Talent’ final. Wow, we have so much talent in our school. We all witnessed dances, signing, singing, rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatics, piano playing, DJ-ing…and more! It was a great event and well-attended by parents, carers and grandparents. The results were as follows:
4th place – Josh (year 6)
3rd place – Elise (year 5)
2nd place – Matthew and Jamie (year 6)
1st place – Timea (year 6)
Whether the children placed or not, there were great performances all round and a perfect demonstration of the myth of talent and the power of practise.
The day ended with just as much fun as the whole school watched the year 6 football team play the teachers. The teachers managed to win 2-1 and there was a lot of competition. A great afternoon had by all once again.
