The children had a wonderful time learning all about Chinese New Year. We read the story 'The Magic Paintbrush'. We thought about what we would paint if we had a magic paintbrush! We also learnt about the years of the Zodiac and the big race that decided which order they would come in. 

The children made red envelopes, decorations and a very big dragon! We also took part in some Chinese dance and song.
