Head Teacher Awards Update:

Dexter - Rainbows Nursery - FOr fantastic phonics. Dexter can recognise the phonemes 'satpin' and is beginning to orally blend.

Maxie - Orange 1 - For writing his name independently when previosuly he wouldn't attempt to even hold a pen.

Ruby - Indigo 2 - For her excellent attitude to her learning during our poetry lesson today. Ruby worked hard showing independence and confidence. Ruby produced a lovely poem of her own ideas and presented it correctly. 

Theo - Reception - For being a super fluent reader. Theo is sound talking in his head, which is helping him to read fluently and quickly. So impressive! 

Jax - Violet 1 - For showing his love of reading. He completely immersed himself in a book and read a trciky text within a week. Well done, Jax

Remi - Yellow 1 - For a fantastic piece of independent writing, which showed that Remi is making great progress, Overcoming Obstacles and not giving up any time soon. Well done, Remi

Nancy - Violet 2 - For choosing to deepend her own knowledge and understanding of the body (linked to our science learning) and completing it all independently. Well done! 

Edward - Yellow 2 - For a careful piece of independent writing. Edward inluded exclaimation marks, questions marks and ellipsis for efect! Keep it up, Edward!

Archie - Blue 1 - For working incredibly hard on his timestables. He is getting quicker each day! His heat map is almost green. 

Archie, Layla-rose and Alfie - violet 1 - For presenting their work beautifully when they were writing instructions for the Grinch on 'How to steal Christmas'.

Arlo - Blue 2 - For using all the resources around him to write a  fantastic narrative on 'The Varmints'. I am so proud of him and it was an absolute pleasure to read.

Alfie - Blue 2 - For writing a beautiful narrative in English and trying to use a range of wow techniques that we have learnt. He has also been super focussed in lessons, putting his hand up to join in with discussions and making good choices. 

Evie - Blue 1 - for a fabulous independent write. She has worked so hard to edit and improve her writing. Well done 

Finley - Indigo 2 - For working super hard on his christmas poem, ensuring his handwriting is beautifully joined. Well done, Finley 

Albert - Yellow 1 - for amazing behaviour. Making great choices, completiting his learning and just being brilliant!

Lucas - Yellow 2 - For working so hard on his spellings at home and getting 12/12 for the first time today. Keep it up, Lucas, well done!
